Oysa bilgi, as\u0131l canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalarda kazan\u0131r. Bir tohum topra\u011fa de\u011fdi\u011finde nas\u0131l filizlenirse, bilgi de bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131n uygun bir zihinle, olayla ya da ortamla bulu\u015fmas\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Panlektik Bilgi Felsefesi, bilgiyi bu canl\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ele al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"441\">Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcn unsur \u00fczerine kurulur: n\u00fcve, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm ve ba\u011flam.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"803\">N\u00fcve, bilgiyi harekete ge\u00e7iren ilk k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131md\u0131r. Bir c\u00fcmle, bir sezgi, bir olay, bir imge ya da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir fark edi\u015f n\u00fcve olabilir. D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm ise bu k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan yap\u0131d\u0131r; ki\u015fi, topluluk, kurum, k\u00fclt\u00fcr veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131m\u0131 olabilir. Bir m\u00fczik motifi, sanat\u00e7\u0131 toplulu\u011funda yank\u0131 bulup t\u00fcr\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletebilir. Bir makalenin dipnotunda rastlanan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir bilgi, laboratuvarda yeni bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6nteminin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 olabilir. Ayn\u0131 n\u00fcve, farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlerde farkl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furur; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc her d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm kendi haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131, ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ve duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2313\">Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n hepsi verimli olmaz. Haz\u0131r olmayan bir zihne, yanl\u0131\u015f zamanda d\u00fc\u015fen fikir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulamayabilir. B\u00f6yle anlarda bilgi yok olmaz; ak\u0131\u015f y\u00f6n de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Ba\u015fka d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmler devreye girer, ba\u015fka ba\u011flamlar a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fcnen temaslar bile s\u00fcrecin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fildir. Onlar da bilginin hangi zeminde canlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren sessiz i\u015faretlerdir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2649\">Bilgi d\u00fcz bir \u00e7izgide ilerlemez. Her kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma \u00f6nceki birikime yeni bir katman ekler. Sarmal bir merdivende ayn\u0131 noktaya d\u00f6n\u00fcyor gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcz; fakat her d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte ba\u015fka bir seviyedeyizdir. Baz\u0131 d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmler zamanla s\u00f6nse bile a\u011f yeni yollar bulur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2945\">Klasik bilgi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fu zaman \u201cbilgiyi nas\u0131l biliriz?\u201d sorusuna odaklan\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mda bilgi, zihnin kavrad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da sahip oldu\u011fu bir nesne gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr. Panlektik bak\u0131\u015f ise soruyu ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc kurar: Bilgi hangi kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmada do\u011far, hangi d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131r, hangi ba\u011flamda anlam kazan\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3300\">Bu de\u011fi\u015fim \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011fruluk yaln\u0131zca soyut bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcte ba\u011flanmaz; ba\u011flam i\u00e7inde s\u0131nan\u0131r. Yararl\u0131l\u0131k, ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr. Anlam ise ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re renklenir. Bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, bir toplumda ahlaki bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrken ba\u015fka bir toplumda bilimsel bir ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralayabilir. Metin, g\u00f6rsel, ritim, tart\u0131\u015fma, deneyim ve uygulama farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmler gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Her \u00f6\u011frenci ayn\u0131 n\u00fcveye ayn\u0131 yerden temas etmez. Evrensel ger\u00e7eklikler, farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlerde farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde yank\u0131lan\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m, ba\u015fka toplumlarda ba\u015fka sembollerle, rit\u00fcellerle ve kavramlarla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulur.
